What will I get with my customized order?
Our customization service is pretty simple and provides you the ability to order any of our products and have them edited for you.
This service is intended to match as closely the creative you see in the preview screens as possible. Once you place an order you’ll be asked to fill out a simple form with your order number and some basic information. We’ll use that information to replace the titles, social media links and select other text in the files as needed so you don’t have to do any editing work yourself. It’s all taken care of by our designer.
When your order is ready you’ll get an email from us containing a download link to your customized order as a single neatly organized zip archive. You can also download a copy of your customized files anytime from your Purchase History.
When will I get my customized order?
Usually within 48 hours or 2 business days.
If you have questions about a specific order don’t hesitate to reach out to support. Please first make sure you’ve submitted your order details so we have all the information we need from you. A link to submit your customized order details can be found in your purchase confirmation email.
What are your hours?
Pretty standard business hours. Monday to Friday, 8AM to 3PM (EST). Customization orders are always top priority so orders are often delivered even outside of those windows.
If there are rare interruptions in service it’s usually posted via Twitter.
